Join us for a two-part workshop. You will make and take home a colourful, felted wrist cuff that will light up with a 5mm super bright white LED. It will switch on and off with a sewing snap fastener.
During the class we will learn about simple electronic circuits and how they can interact with textiles and fibre. We will make a felt battery holder and sew a basic circuit into the felt cuff.
Cost is $50 and includes supplies. Session one of the workshop is at Fibre Space (7105 Nootka) and part two is at the Makerspace (4482 Marine).
